Another Walking Dead episode in the books and the countdown is lower to the final episode of the series. We got some news about the final episode that I wanted to note here before I predict episode 20. Episode’s 21-24 titles were released last week. Episode 21’s title is “Outpost 22”, episode 22’s title is “Faith”, episode 23’s title is “Family”, and episode’s 24 episode is “Rest in Peace”. I will get into each episode in my preview and predictions articles in the next upcoming weeks but on a first glance, episode 22 might be the last episode that we get Gabriel, episode 23 should be Pamela Milton’s last episode and be a bloodbath, and episode 24 will be the saddest episode in the series. Anything can happen and probably will happen with an episode title like that. There was more news about that episode too. AMC + and AMC will air episode 24 on November 20th at 9PM, regardless where you watch it. I assume this will be for no spoilers a week before so as an AMC + member, we will get a week off of Walking Dead content from November 6th to November 20th. Anyways, back to episode 20 “What’s Been Lost.” At the time of this being written, we have no plot synopsis for this episode, so all we have to go on is the promo trailer. We left episode 19 with Rosita getting taken by the Commonwealth because of Eugene’s actions in episode 19. This episode is going to be a main Daryl and Carol story and they will probably go through a scene of all of the people they have lost in the series.
Daryl and Carol are going to have to team up with Lance to find the kids and all the rest of the group that was captured by the Commonwealth. I assume Pamela kidnapped everyone that was living in the community expect Eugene (since he is in jail), Yumiko, Ezekiel , and Tomi (they work for the Commonwealth). I’m sure Daryl has main character plot armor and that is why Daryl doesn’t get captured but they will find them by the end of the episode. Lance is going to be a Negan 2.0 where Daryl doesn’t want to work with him but Carol is going to have to convince him that it is the best chance they have to save Judith and the others by using his help. By the end of the episode, Lance is going to earn Carol’s trust but Daryl will always be on the fence. Tomi might be on the chopping block this week to keep Yumiko in line with the Milton’s and lead her not to rebel against the current regime. I have high hopes for this episode but a part of me is feeling like this might be a let down. A Daryl and Carol episode is always must see TV and be sure to have some memorable moments along the way.
